 Montreal United FC is a growing soccer club focused on player and coach development. We are seeking a Technical Director to lead our technical programs and drive excellence across all levels.

Position Overview:

The Technical Director will oversee the club’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with our vision for excellence in player and coach development. This individual will be responsible for implementing effective training programs, mentoring staff, and fostering relationships within the soccer community.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the club’s Technical Development Plan (TDP).
• Oversee player and coach development programs.
• Recruit, mentor, and support coaches.
• Manage training schedules, tournaments, and camps.
• Identify and recruit talented players.
• Represent the club at local and national events.
• Plan and oversee the technical department’s budget.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in soccer development.
• Deep knowledge of player and coach development methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
• Minimum Canada Soccer B License or equivalent (A License preferred).
• Familiarity with regional and national soccer standards.
